Returns & Refunds

Lost Dream complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We want you to love your jewellery, and we take pride in the quality of every piece. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty

  • Is damaged on arrival

  • Is not as described

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order. Where applicable, proof of purchase and images may be required to assess the issue.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Personal preference after purchase

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

 

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or do not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Wear & Tear

Lost Dream does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents

Jewellery is delicate and should be worn and stored with care.

 

Return Process

To request a return or report a faulty item, please contact us via email with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos where applicable

If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Lost Dream is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
